We work remotely on projects from coast to coast in the U.S., and have specified some projects overseas. We have agreements with several SCIP specifiers to handle diverse needs. Location is not a problem.

Whether you need clear-concise-complete-correct project specifications, assistance implementing integrated master specifications, or any of our other services, we are here to help. The specifications, along with the drawings, are the Architect's "Instruments of Service" to the Owner, and are for the Contractor's use in procurement and construction, and the Facility Manager's use for the life of the building.

Cummins Indianapolis Distribution Headquarters

179,840 SF, nine-story tower of flexible open office space for up to 400 employees.

Cummins is a worldwide leader manufacturing engines & one of America’s largest corporations.

Extremely fast schedule for owner's move-in goals. Specs achieved by working shoulder-to-shoulder with architect (RATIO) and contractor (Wilhelm Construction) in an unusually large number of bid packages as required by the contractor.

Unique Items: Decorative metal façade elements; monumental AESS stairs; many others.

Indianapolis Pacers / St. Vincent Center

130,000 sq. ft. NBA practice/medical facility. Across the street from Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the St. Vincent Center is the most advanced practice facility in the NBA, also houses Pacers offices, and physicians and sports medicine specialists, providing primary care, cardiovascular and sports performance services available for athletes and the general public.

Unique Items: Everything. Includes AESS curtain wall system, therapeutic pools.
